Everything You Need to Know Before Laundry Day
Do you have parking?
Yes. Ample free parking is available in both the front and rear of the laundromat.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FasCard, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash can be loaded through the in-store FasCard kiosk.
Can I get quarters?
Yes. We have a bill breaker machine and a coin change machine that accept bills for quarters.
How do I get a Lush Loyalty Card?
Purchase one at the in-store FasCard kiosk for a one-time cost of $1.50.
How do Lush Loyalty rewards work?
Every $50 spent using your Lush Loyalty Card earns a $5 bonus credit. Loyalty-card customers also receive 10% off every Wednesday.
How does free dry work?
Start a qualifying wash using your Lush Loyalty Card. The applicable dryer credits are automatically loaded onto the card after the wash begins.
How do I reload my FasCard?
Reload it at the in-store FasCard kiosk or through the FasCard mobile app.
What happens if I lose my FasCard?
A replacement card is available for $1.50. Registering your card in the FasCard app can help protect access to your account balance.
Do I need to bring detergent?
No. We provide detergent for full-service orders unless you prefer to provide your own. Self-service customers may bring detergent or purchase laundry products in-store.
Can I use bleach?
Yes. Bleach may be used when appropriate. Full-service customers can indicate their bleach preference on the request form.
Can I wash pet bedding?
Yes. Pet bedding is accepted, subject to condition and care-label review. Heavily soiled or unsafe items may require special handling or may not be accepted.
Do you clean weighted blankets, sleeping bags, and comforters?
Yes. We clean comforters, weighted blankets, sleeping bags, and other oversized items when the care instructions permit. Weighted blankets and specialty items are quoted separately.
Can I leave while my machines are running?
Yes, but customers remain responsible for their belongings. After five hours, unattended clothing may be removed from a machine and bagged so the machine remains available to other customers.
What are your hours?
We are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Last wash is at 9:15 PM.
What is the pickup and delivery area?
Standard service is available within seven miles of the laundromat at 1885 Candler Rd in Decatur. Submit your address in the service form for confirmation before scheduling.
Can apartment residents schedule pickup?
Yes. Include the building, unit, gate code, parking details, and any special pickup instructions in the form.
